Your privacy is our top priority. We use generic return labels and standard shipping materials. There are no mentions of “Neau Tropics,” “Chocolate,” or “Gummies” on the exterior of the package. This ensures that your delivery remains your business alone.
2. Temperature-Controlled Shipping
Our artisanal chocolates are made with real cocoa butter, which has a low melting point.

Weekend Holds: To prevent your order from sitting in a hot carrier warehouse over the weekend, we may hold shipments placed on Thursday or Friday until the following Monday.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States where our products are permitted. Please ensure you are aware of your local regulations before placing an order. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain premium items that require a physical drop-off to prevent theft or weather damage.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your label is printed, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package once it has been scanned.

Pro Tip: If you live in an area experiencing high temperatures, we highly recommend choosing Expedited Shipping. While we take precautions with insulation, minimizing the time your chocolate spends in transit is the best way to ensure that perfect “snap” when you break off a square. If your package arrives and the contents feel soft, place it in a cool, dark place (or the refrigerator) for 30 minutes before opening.
Shipping FAQ
1. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific dollar amount.
2. My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t see my package. What should I do? Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered 24 hours before it actually arrives. Please check with neighbors or your building manager first. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, contact our support team.
3. Can I change my shipping address after I’ve ordered? Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Please email us immediately with your order number. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot redirect the package.
4. What happens if my chocolate melts? We do our best to prevent melting with insulated packaging, but we cannot control carrier delays. If your product arrives completely liquefied, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Do you ship internationally? Currently, Neau Tropics only ships within the United States. We are looking into international options for the future.
6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via standard mail. However, we recommend a physical address for faster delivery and to prevent the product from sitting in an unconditioned environment.
7. Why hasn’t my tracking updated in two days? Carriers sometimes miss “in-transit” scans. If your package hasn’t moved for more than 4 business days, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the shipping provider.
8. What if my order is returned to sender? If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will apply. Please double-check your suite or apartment numbers!
